Synopsis

Set in a vibrant mythical world where mortals and deities live side by side, two ambitious scoundrels named Lü Dongbin and Zhongli Quan devise an audacious plan to rob a celestial vault containing immense legendary riches. Because the divine treasure is strictly accessible only to gods, the duo recruits six fellow misfits—He Xiangu, Tieguai Li, Han Xiangzi, Cao Guojiu, Lan Caihe, and Zhang Guolao—to pull off the ultimate deception by posing as immortals. As the eight resourceful mortals maneuver through the heavenly realm using their quick wit, charm, and human ingenuity, they accidentally stumble into a far sinister conspiracy threatening the balance of the universe. Forced to step up beyond their self-serving heist, the group must outsmart formidable deities, face terrifying mythological beasts, and unite their unique strengths to save the cosmos, ultimately earning their place in legend as the famed Eight Immortals.
