Synopsis

Au Yeung Wai Yip is a seasoned private detective working in Kuala Lumpur who specializes in tracking down missing persons and exposing infidelity. His life is thrown into emotional turmoil when he receives a routine surveillance job to investigate a suspected unfaithful woman, only to discover that the target is his own estranged wife, Kuan Weng Sam. Consumed by personal grief and inner torment, Au Yeung abandons an active missing-person case involving a client's fiancée. Tragic consequences immediately follow when the abandoned missing fiancée is found brutally murdered. As Au Yeung digs into the crime out of guilt, he uncovers a web of secrets, corruption, and a sinister killer operating within the shadows, forcing him into a deadly cat-and-mouse game to reveal the truth.
