Synopsis

When scientist Seo Young-chul warns authorities that he plans to launch a bio-terrorist attack, he exposes a dark plot involving a company experimenting with a mutated slime mold bioweapon. Unaware of the impending danger, former biotechnology professor Kwon Se-jeong arrives at the massive Dongwoo-ri Building for a corporate presentation in hopes of securing a new job. Chaos erupts as the pathogen is unleashed, rapidly causing infected victims to undergo terrifying transformations. The government quickly isolates and seals off the entire complex, trapping innocent civilians inside with the violent, evolving threat. Desperate to survive, Se-jeong teams up with a small group of trapped survivors, using her scientific knowledge to decipher the infected individuals' strange behavior and lead an escape through the building while fighting off relentless horrors.
