Synopsis

In this heartwarming and hilarious buddy comedy, a gifted African-American songwriter and a cynical, Caucasian country singer are forced to collaborate on a new album. Their contrasting styles and personalities clash at every turn, but as they navigate the music industry's absurdities and their own personal demons, they discover a common passion that might lead to an unexpected friendship and the hit song they never knew they could create together.
