Finding Dory

Synopsis

A year after helping Marlin (Albert Brooks) find his son, Dory (Ellen DeGeneres) is living a peaceful life on the reef. However, a sudden "spark" of memory triggers a fleeting vision of her parents, Charlie and Jenny (Eugene Levy and Diane Keaton). Realizing she was once lost, Dory sets off on an epic trek across the ocean to California's Marine Life Institute.

Separated from Marlin and Nemo, Dory must navigate the sprawling aquarium with the help of a grumpy, camouflaging "septopus" named Hank (Ed O'Neill). Along the way, she reunites with childhood friends like the near-sighted whale shark Destiny and a dramatic beluga whale named Bailey. As her past comes into focus, Dory discovers that her greatest weakness—her short-term memory loss—might actually be the key to her greatest strength.
