Flushed Away

Synopsis

Roddy St. James is a thoroughly pampered society mouse who lives a life of luxury in a posh Kensington flat. His comfortable, solitary existence is abruptly upended when an obnoxious sewer rat named Sid emerges from the sink and decides to stay. In a desperate bid to rid himself of the intruder, Roddy tries to trick Sid into using the toilet, but the plan backfires, and Roddy finds himself flushed away down the drain into the subterranean world beneath London. Shocked by his new surroundings, he discovers Ratropolis, a bustling, chaotic replica of London populated entirely by rodents. Desperate to return to the surface, Roddy recruits the help of Rita Malone, a feisty, street-smart scavenger who captains her own ramshackle boat. Together, they must navigate the dangerous waterways while evading the villainous Toad, who harbors a deep hatred for all rodents and has dispatched his bumbling hench-rats and elite French ninja cousins to eliminate them.
