Synopsis

On the run after a bloody bank heist, the Gecko brothers, Seth and Richie, head toward the Mexican border with a trail of bodies in their wake. To ensure a clean crossing, they kidnap Jacob Fuller, a grieving preacher traveling in an RV with his two teenage children. The group arrives at a remote, neon-lit desert strip club called the Titty Twister, where they plan to meet a local contact at dawn. However, as the night progresses, the gritty crime thriller takes a sharp, terrifying turn into supernatural chaos. The club's staff and dancers are actually a hive of ancient vampires, and the mismatched group of criminals and hostages must band together to survive a relentless onslaught until the sun rises.
