Synopsis

In an eerie, futuristic metropolis shrouded in a mysterious, permanent mist, troubled young actress Elle returns home to her family's opulent hotel suite while working on a new film project. Strained by an estranged, complicated relationship with her former best friend turned stepmother, Dominique, and her predatory filmmaker father, Johnny Thunders, Elle finds her world shattered when a terrifying, gimp-suited serial killer known as the Leatherman begins brutally murdering young women across the city. Meanwhile, an American soldier named Private K undertakes a violent odyssey through Tokyo's underworld, seeking vengeance and searching for his missing daughter whom he believes was trapped in hell by the same killer. As their paths converge through a web of trauma, mystery, and ancient folklore, both must confront the dark monsters lurking within the city's shadows.
