Missing Child Videotape

Synopsis

Keita (Rairu Sugita) has spent his adult life living in the shadow of a childhood tragedy: the mysterious disappearance of his younger brother, Hinata, in the mountains of Japan. His stagnant life is jolted when he receives a package from his estranged mother containing a single, grainy VHS tape. To his horror, the footage captures the exact moment his brother vanished—and reveals something lurking in the frames that defies explanation.

Against the warnings of his psychic friend Tsukasa (Amon Hirai), who senses a malevolent force attached to the tape, Keita embarks on a journey back to the mountain ruins to uncover the truth. As he retraces the past, the boundary between the digital present and the spectral analog past begins to dissolve, leading Keita toward a revelation that threatens to consume his very reality.
