Synopsis

In a struggling West Country village, the Harley family is at a breaking point. Following a painful loss, Mike (Martin Clunes) is on the verge of losing the family pub—a local fixture now facing repossession and a dwindling, divided clientele.

The tide begins to turn when Mike’s estranged son, Cal (Jonno Davies), returns home. In a last-ditch effort to save their heritage, the family decides to transform the failing "boozer" into a microbrewery. Their goal? To brew the perfect real ale and enter the prestigious Great British Beer Awards. As they navigate the complexities of fermentation and family feuds, they discover that their "worst pub in Britain" might just have the spirit needed to bring a fractured community back together.
