Napoleon Dynamite

Synopsis

Napoleon Dynamite is a social outcast in every sense of the word. He spends his days drawing mythical creatures, practicing his sweet dance moves, and dealing with his eccentric family, including his internet-obsessed brother Kip and their nostalgic Uncle Rico. When a new student named Pedro arrives at their small-town high school in Preston, Idaho, Napoleon finds an unexpected friend. Together, they embark on a grassroots campaign to help Pedro win the student body presidency against the popular and snobbish Summer Wheatley. Along the way, Napoleon navigates the awkwardness of teen life, from prom dates to tater tots, all while maintaining his unique brand of confidence. This quirky cult classic celebrates the underdog with its deadpan humor and unforgettable characters. Napoleon’s journey is a testament to the power of being yourself, even if you are a total llama-loving dork. It is a heartwarming and hilarious look at the fringes of American high school life.
