Synopsis

In 1959, an alien experiment crashes on Earth, releasing parasitic slugs that infect a young man and leave him in a cryogenic state. Twenty-seven years later, two college freshmen attempting a fraternity prank accidentally thaw the frozen body, unwittingly unleashing the alien parasites upon their campus. These slithering brain-slugs enter their hosts through the mouth, transforming students into shambling, axe-wielding zombies. As the homecoming formal turns into a bloodbath, the students must team up with Detective Ray Cameron, a cynical, haunted cop with a connection to the original 1959 incident. Armed with a flamethrower and a grim determination, they fight to stop the infestation before it spreads beyond the university.
