Synopsis

An intimate and raw documentary that follows the personal and professional lives of two of the most influential musicians of their generation: Omar Rodríguez-López and Cedric Bixler-Zavala of the Mars Volta. Filmed over two decades, the film offers a candid look at their creative process and their turbulent relationship as they go from childhood friends to rock stars, all while grappling with the challenges of fame, addiction, and heartbreak.
