Synopsis

Inside an elite London prep school, a chilling reimagining of the familiar fable unfolds. Created by the woodcarver Geppetto, a magical puppet named Pinocchio is introduced to Geppetto's grandson, James, and the two develop an innocent friendship. However, Pinocchio is deeply naive about the world. Under the influence of a sinister, manipulative Cricket who acts as his dark conscience, Pinocchio launches a violent, bloody crusade. Driven by a desperate, twisted obsession to become a real boy, the puppet goes on a gory, murderous rampage. He seeks to eliminate all things bad and carve himself a real human body out of his victims, piece by piece. As the body count rises and the violence reaches outrageous extremes, the school becomes a horrific hunting ground where a wooden child's dark transformation turns into a living nightmare.
