Synopsis

In the industrial wasteland of Tulsa, Oklahoma, restless teenager Rusty James lives in the fading shadow of his older brother, the legendary and enigmatic Motorcycle Boy. While the older brother has outgrown the world of street gangs and rumbles, Rusty James is desperate to reclaim that bygone era of glory and violence to prove his own worth. When the Motorcycle Boy unexpectedly returns from a California odyssey, he is changed—detached, colorblind, and weary of the myth surrounding him. As Rusty James struggles with his alcoholic father, his frustrated girlfriend Patty, and a local cop determined to take down the Motorcycle Boy, he must confront the harsh reality that the 'good old days' of gang warfare are dead.
