Synopsis

On the eve of the millennium, former cop Lenny Nero deals in illegal SQUID technology—devices that let users record and relive the memories and sensations of others. When he obtains a disc containing the recorded murder of a powerful figure, Lenny and his bodyguard, Mace, are dragged into a violent conspiracy that threatens to tear Los Angeles apart and expose a devastating truth.
