The Iron Giant

Synopsis

In 1957, during the Cold War, a lonely boy named Hogarth discovers and befriends a giant robot that has crash-landed from outer space. As Hogarth tries to hide his massive new friend, a paranoid government agent arrives in town, determined to prove the robot is a dangerous weapon and destroy it. The gentle giant must ultimately decide whether to embrace his destructive nature or become a hero.
