Synopsis

One of the greatest romantic comedies ever produced, The Philadelphia Story was recently selected as one of the top 100 American films of all time by the prestigious American Film Institute. Nominated for six Academy Awards, including "Best Picture," and winner for "Best Screenplay" and "Best Actor" for Stewart's earnest portrayal of the smitten reporter. Hepburn received her third Oscar nomination, and Ruth Hussey earned an Oscar nom as a cynical tabloid photographer.
