Synopsis

The Trolls are the happiest creatures in the world, spending their days dancing, singing, and hugging. However, their eternal celebration is cut short when the miserable Bergens, who believe they can only find happiness by eating Trolls, discover their secret forest hideout. When several Trolls are kidnapped, the eternally optimistic Princess Poppy must team up with the grumpy, paranoid survivalist Branch—the only Troll in the village who refuses to sing or dance. Together, this mismatched duo embarks on a rescue mission that takes them far beyond the only world they have ever known. Along the way, Poppy's infectious positivity is tested as she and Branch navigate dangerous territories and attempt to save their friends.
